The Oneheart Dance brings forth the Power of ONE. It requires us to be in RHYTHM, to open our HEART and REMEMBER. The focus of the dance is for the collective to synchronize body, mind and soul with our Oneness. It is in a sense a inner rEvolution.
The Oneheart Dance follows the Pattern/Path of the body’s blood-circulation (centred around the heart) this is the SAME for everyone. The Oneheart Dance is about realizing that the Centre from where Consciousness arises proceeds from the Heart.
The Solar Cross, Sun Cross
The sacred circle filled with a cross, four equal lines pointing from the center to the spirits of the north, east, south, and west -- or the basic elements: earth, water, air (or wind), and fire. In Native American traditions,it forms the basic pattern of the MEDICINEWHEEL and plays a vital part in major spiritual rituals.
The Circle is the most common and universal signs, found in all cultures. It is the symbol of the sun in its limitless or boundless aspect a universal symbol of unity, wholeness, the goddess and female power. It has no beginning or end, and no divisions, making it the perfect symbol of completeness, eternity, and the soul.
The Cross is comprised of the Vertical andHorizontal. It is the symbol of humanity- when the two axis are combined in a cross shape. Representing the four elements and the binding together in man of matter and spirit.
The vertical axis, representing man, the body, and our upright posture, which is unique in the animal kingdom. The vertical line symbolizesthe path from earth to heaven and the realm of spirit, symbolizing the dual nature of man, who embodies the spiritual and the temporal.
The horizontal axis, represents the path from birth to death, beginning to end, and linear time. This axis represents life on earth as a binary, linear process- life to death, beginning to end, and the dual nature of human existence evidenced by our symmetrical shapes: left and right, male and female, good and evil.
